Beta-Galactosidase polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB29055) was varified by immunohistochemical staining (at a dilution of 1:5000) using tissues infected with virus encoding LacZ. The secondary antibody was Goat anti-Chicken IgY secondary antibody (FITC) (1:2000 dilution, Cat # PAB29098).
